Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped with a tracking code which you can find on the “Order *** Shipped” email, except for Switzerland.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Note that all items are MADE TO ORDER, please allow us 1-2 weeks to make and ship your order.

Shipping prices are :

Switzerland – 1.50 CHF

European Union – 9 CHF (around 9 EUR)

Please note that the UK is not part of the European Union any more.

Rest of the world – 12 CHF (around GB10, USD14, AUD20)

Under the Sun is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel.

Return Policy
