Can I wear my pieces in water?

All our hoops and clasps are recycled gold-filled. They should be water-friendly, however we recommend avoiding salty water which may damage the quality of the metal. If you happen to wear it anyway, please rinse it as soon as possible with clean pure water and dry with a soft cloth.

How can I keep my pearls beautiful and shiny?

Please avoid any chemicals such as perfume, sunscreen or cleaning products. You can occasionally clean them with warm water and a gentle soap. Dry and polish them with a soft cloth.

You should have been given a little piece of cloth with your order which you can use to polish the pearls and all metal pieces (clasp and hoops).

What should I know about my shells?

Keep in mind that shells are fragile therefore must be handle with lots of care.

Do not wear them neither for working out nor for sleeping!

What can I do if my piece turned out black/dirty where the pendant is hanging?

Don’t worry, it’s only some dust and sweat. You can use a soft toothbrush to clean it with water and a soft soap if needed.
